B Technician

Joyce Honda is experiencing record growth in its Sales & Service departments.  We are currently recruiting experienced flat rate B Class technicians to join our busy Service Dept.  This is a position where careers begin, not just a job.

You would join Joyce Honda as a B Class Flat Rate Technician where you would gain experience performing repairs and maintenance on Hondas of all genres.  While gaining vast experience with the day to day repairs and maintenance, you would also be required to increase your knowledge level by participating in Honda training.  Training is offered locally, on site at a Honda facility and via PC based learning tools.

Service Advisor
 
The goal of this position is to assist our customers with all of their service needs. That means building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall EXCELLENT experience.  Joyce Honda is experiencing record growth in Service and needs a sharp, professional, experienced Service Advisor to join our crew of professionals.  Today's Service Advisor must perform to a high level.  The Service Advisor's job is to get the work completed that the customer requested, identify and SELL work identified by a competent mechanic, communicate with the customer and complete the necessary paperwork all with a smile.  Warranty work is also a main component of the job.  Excellent paper skills are a must.

Lot Porter
 

Job Description
Joyce Honda, Morris County's top volume Honda dealer, is looking for a Part Time Night lot attendant/porter to manage the flow of traffic in our fast-paced dealership. Lot attendants/porters will direct the flow of traffic in our dealership’s Service Drive-thru by clearing customer cars from the main reception area to the parking/storage area.  Service Dept is open until 8pm Monday – Friday.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Managing the flow of traffic for the Service Department
  • Driving customer cars to designated parking spots in our service area lot
  • General cleanup of vehicles after service
  • General cleanup of loaner cars once returned by customers 
  • Delivery of vehicles to service area upon customer pickup
  • Maintaining lot order
  • Provide Shuttle Service
 
Requirements:
  • Ability to work outdoors and stand on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Valid NJ driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
  • HS diploma or GED
